Your type pair is composed of your natal and living types. Your natal thread is set at birth. It represents your essence, the foundation of who you are. Your living thread shifts with life's turning points, moments so profound they rewrote your path. This could be the birth of a child, leaving home for a new beginning, or a loss that reshaped you. Whatever you feel marks a clear before and after in your life. Only you know when your life was changed, and that's the only criteria for it. If your path has been steady, your living thread might even be your birth thread. You can share with me the date and time of your birth and last life-changing event, or, if you'd rather keep those private and save me some time, you can either use the type calculator or check the type tables to find your type pair.

Let's use the calculator. First you need to figure out your natal type. For that, you will input yout date and time of birth. Let's say you were born on January 1st, 2000, at 00:00. When you click "Search table" the calculator will tell you that the type corresponding to that moment is "Cotton".

Now you need to find your living pair. Let's say the last thing that changed your life was winning the lottery on January 1st, 2015, at 00:00. You input that date and time and the calculator tells you that the type corresponding to that moment is "Silk".

Congratulations! Your type pair is Cotton-Silk (or C-S for short). You can now share that with me and I will prepare your reading.
